It's so funny to be how many people make New Years Resolutions. What do you want to resolve in the New Year that you couldn't do in the previous year? For many Americans the resolution they made to themselves comes distinct by the end of January!
So if you are making a New Years resolution don't bite off more than you can chew. Aim for small achievable goals instead. Maybe your one of the millions who want vow to loose weight, eat better and exercise for the New Years resolution. Instead, make a small goal of exercising for 30 minutes a day three or four times a week. From their you can learn to eat better and you'll be shedding pounds in no time!
So, what goals will you be setting for the New Year?
1. I will take Matilda down the track this coming year...I so sucked the first time.
ReplyDelete2. I will have dinner with friends & share a few drinks too.
3. I will cherish my one on one time with my children. They are growing so quickly. (17 & 13!!)
4. I will probably strangle my oldest (20) this year as we go about planning her wedding this year. (was going to message you later about your tips etc!!)
